Autorenporträt
Rick Cowdery has authored several books on Argyle, most recently, Plymouth Argyle On This Day. Previously the Argyle reporter and Sports Editor on the Western Morning News for 16 seasons, he became the Pilgrims' Head of Communication in April 2003. Mike Curno was born in Plymouth just after the Blitz, in 1941. His first visit to Home Park was in 1953 for an FA Cup game against Coventry City and he is a published author for the first time, thus fulfilling one of the ambitions on his '50 Things I Want to Do When I Retire' list. He is married to Barbara, and they have four children and nine grandchildren.
