Regional Assembly must elected 5 person to Voivodeship executive board (zarz d województwa) in time 3 months than elections. Because on 21 February 2007 Assembly elected only three persons: Voivodeship Marshal (marsza ek województwa) and two Vice-Marshals, Voivodeship Governor (Voivode, Wojewoda) solved Regional Assembly.
