Dilnavoz Salimova Akmalovna è nata in Uzbekistan da Jizzakh nel 1974. Ha terminato l'università pedagogica statale di Jizzakh in lingua e letteratura uzbeka. Ha conseguito il diploma di dottorato nel 2019. È sposata e ha tre figli.
