These poems are about the trial of finding love in a world of a rush, where nobody has time even to go out for a coffee. The story is as old as humanity, although one might reckon the play has changed a bit. Just a little bit. Priorities have rearranged, people have become accustomed to the digital world, preferring a ""like"" over a poem, a date on a social network over a face-to-face gathering. Who knows; might they be right? Because really who knows who might show up on a blind date, as opposed to the security of the internet and four walls surrounding oneself.

Viktor Sandalj comes from Belgrade, the capital city of Serbia; he was born in 1988 to a family of aircraft engineers. He spent his best years, and school years, on the island of Malta. When he first attended the school in Malta, he barely knew any English at all! As the years have gone by, his English has improved, not so much from studying in class, but from being encouraged by friends just to speak his mind. These songs have come from his big, loving heart, written in the English language, with the hope that most people of the world can understand and appreciate them! After Malta, Sandalj returned to Belgrade to study mechanical engineering. In 2012 he graduated with an MS in aircraft engineering and is currently employed as a training coordinator with JAT Tehnika. He has also produced some engineering books, written to be understandable even to people who have no aircraft engineering background.
