He appeared twice more that weekend and each morning I wrote down the messages that he brought me. I ended up with five large poems including one on women's incarceration. I took the five poems honed, edited and practiced until perfect and delivered them in the 2019 Nimbin Performance Poetry World Cup. It was a while before I saw him again the tawny frogmouth came and told me about his pain The last time I saw him this is what he said, "Publish your book I heard it in my head Publish your book to eliminate my pain Prohibition is driving me fucking insane" Prohibition destroys lives of the rich and the poor Please change this insanity, please I implore"

Autorenporträt
Children's Author, writer, publisher, teacher, Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability Teacher, Adult Literacy and digital literacy teacher, teacherpreneur, environmental scientist, artist, musician, social change agent and adventurer. I run a not for profit called Thundercloud Repairian Forest Fund, Thundercloud Repairian Publishing and I am the creator of the Australian Poetry Hall of Fame in Guyra established 2020. My other initiative is the Free Blue Library where I collect excess and used books and take them out to the bush where I give them away. My passion is writing and illustrating books I am currently working on Happy Harry Koala, a children's book to raise money to plant koala habitat linking corridors and to repair rivers and creeks through Thundercloud Repairian Forest Fund. I have self published a children's book called the Flea and the Dinosaur as well as three poetry books, "Love in Nimbin" and "Lust in Nimbin" "Poetry to End Prohibition. I have an Environmental Science background in pollution and health and I love this planet and all its life. One of my current projects which I am editing and illustrating is a three book series of animal poetry for kids titled, "Seahorse Medicine: for growing humans being" I am excited about Happy Harry Koala and raising money to plant forests because dad and I had a forestry nursery 20 years ago and I'd love to grow more forests for koalas and planetary health. My grandest project as an artist and poet is the transformation of the previously disused Arcadia Theatre in Guyra into the Australian Poetry Hall of Fame as and archive to preserve, celebrate and nurture Australian poets past , present and future as well as original languages and songlines.
