Alan Kern was a full-time pastor, missionary, and evangelist for twenty-five years, pioneering and pastoring churches in the U.S., Canada, and South Africa. He now lives with a beautiful wife of thirty-four years on the Oregon coast and writes novels based on his experiences and imagination, including When Elephants Fight, A Life Worth Living, The Blood of Champions, and his latest, Poking God's Eye.
