Sadi Fernando Stamborowski is a security and bioengineering researcher. He has a postgraduate degree in public security and is currently studying for a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. He has a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, law and is an officer in the São Paulo Military Police and Fire Brigade.
