The monograph provides a comparative analysis of the legal regulation of police activity in Russia, Great Britain and the United States. The author identifies both positive and negative, from her point of view, elements of the models of these countries. On this basis she formulates proposals for using the British and American experience in policing in Russia. The book is addressed to professors, graduate students and law students, but it may also be useful for police practitioners.
