He is the work of a practitioner and a theoretician with more than 10 years of experience in political science, administration and communication in different Universities of the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Jean-Luc MALANGO, Ph.D. est écrivain, Professeur invité dans plusieurs Universités et Instituts supérieurs au Congo-Kinshasa. Diplômé en philosophie (2006), Faculté jésuite Saint Pierre Canisius/ Kimwenza, Kinshasa), diplômé de troisième cycle en Science politique et en information et communication (2019).
