Political communication is today an inescapable reality, in the private as well as the public sector. This rapidly expanding field of activity justifies specialized training for professionals and theorists, and this book seeks to define the field of research that is political and institutional communication, first and foremost in terms of methodology and the state of knowledge. But also, this study looks for applications in the African context. It is the fruit of doctoral research undertaken by the author, first at the level of the Diploma of Advanced Studies (D.E.A) at the Official University of Bukavu, and then of a thesis in Political and Institutional Communication in co-supervision with the Institute of Communication and Media (France), and is the work of a practitioner and a theorist. He is the work of a practitioner and a theoretician with more than 10 years of experience in political science, administration and communication in different Universities of the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Jean-Luc MALANGO, Ph.D. est écrivain, Professeur invité dans plusieurs Universités et Instituts supérieurs au Congo-Kinshasa. Diplômé en philosophie (2006), Faculté jésuite Saint Pierre Canisius/ Kimwenza, Kinshasa), diplômé de troisième cycle en Science politique et en information et communication (2019).
