But also, this study looks for applications in the African context. It is the fruit of doctoral research undertaken by the author, first at the level of the Diploma of Advanced Studies (D.E.A) at the Official University of Bukavu, and then of a thesis in Political and Institutional Communication in co-supervision with the Institute of Communication and Media (France), and is the work of a practitioner and a theorist. He is the work of a practitioner and a theoretician with more than 10 years of experience in political science, administration and communication in different Universities of the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
