Michael McGregor is associate professor in the Department of Politics and Public Administration at Toronto Metropolitan University and principal investigator of the Canadian Municipal Election Study. Laura B. Stephenson is professor at the University of Western Ontario and co-director of the Consortium on Electoral Democracy.
