Shadrach Adams Brandford est maître de conférences à l'École polytechnique fédérale de Bali, dans l'État de Taraba, au Nigeria. Il est titulaire d'une licence (BSc) en sciences politiques de la prestigieuse université de Maiduguri et d'un diplôme de troisième cycle en éducation de l'université Usmanu Danfodiyo de Sokoto. Il est également titulaire d'une maîtrise en sciences (M.Sc.) en relations internationales.
