Amanda Machin is acting Professor of International Political Studies at the PPE Institute for Social and Institutional Change (ISIC) the University of Witten/Herdecke in Germany. Her research focuses upon the topics and interconnections between democracy, environment, identification and embodiment. Nadine Meidert is a postdoctoral researcher and head of the Simulation Game Lab at Zeppelin University Friedrichshafen in Germany. Her main research interest is political sociology with a focus on political participation, attitudes and identity.
