Raymond Miller is the author of Party Politics in New Zealand and a coauthor of Proportional Representation on Trial. Michael Mintrom is the author of People Skills for Policy Analysts and Policy Entrepreneurs and School Choice. They both are professors of political studies at the University of Auckland.
