Roger Mampuya Masambawas born on September 12, 1967 in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. He has a degree in public law from the University of Kongo ex University of Bas Zaire (UNIBAZ) in the province of Central Kongo.He is married to Lady KALUNSEVIKO LUZAYAMO and has a family.
