The purpose of the research is to divulge the musk of national education policy & relevant political manipulation process. The second chapter focus on methodological issues & also describes the situation of education research settings in Bangladesh. Third chapter focuses on the socio-economic atmosphere regarding primary education like what does education mean, why it is influential for future, different education systems of this country, do people face any gender disparity etc. Fourth one consists of the analysis of empirical data & observation notes of the research site (Savar & Dhamrai). Afterwards, most of the GoB education policies placed in chapter five such as MDG-2, Education for All (EFA), Primary Education Development Program (PEDP-II, III), budget allocation etc. Subsequently a critical analysis has also been adjoining in this part. Chapter six talked about the purpose & development policy of curriculum of NCTB. Last but not least, I share my research experiences & identify some further research scope for those researchers who want to work more in this sector. In a nutshell the final division includes the summary & conclusion from the findings of the research.
