Produktbeschreibung
Despite the strict implementation of drug control policies in Colombia, in recent years there has been an increase and diversification in the rates of consumption of prohibited drugs, especially among the underage population in schools at increasingly younger ages. This situation invites questions about the effectiveness of these official regulations implemented in the national territory. The collateral consequences of the implementation of these policies are as harmful as the problems they seek to remedy. This prohibitive approach clashes with clandestine cultures that have successfully perpetuated themselves in the national spirit, outside of prohibition. There is legal uncertainty in Colombian territory, since consumption is permitted under the cover of personal dosage, which is prohibited from production and trade. This legislative ambiguity seems to influence the increase in consumption rates at the national level, mainly among the younger generations, who increase the lists of prohibited drug users.
