Dr Umar S Usman was born in Keffi town, Nasarwa, Nigeria. He obtained PhD in Criminology, Msc and Bsc in Sociology, Diploma in Masscom and WASC/GCE from the University of Abuja, Jos, Institute of Masscom and Technology, Jos and G.S.S. Karshi, Abuja, respectively. He is currently a lecturer in NSUK Nigeria. He is married and blessed with a child.
