Further, it is hoped that the present investigations on the Pollen biology of food plants of tropical tasar silkworm, Antheraea mylitta, D.' will assist to study the breeding system, pollen-pistil interaction, gene flow and heterozygosity in future.

Dr.B.Dinesh M.Sc., Ph.D is serving as a Lecturer in Centre for Applied Genetics, Bangalore University, Karnataka. Thrust areas of research are Plant Genetics and Breeding. Received his Bachelor's, Master's degree and Ph.D Degree from Bangalore University. Received Rajiv Gandhi National fellowship from UGC, Govt, of India in 2005.
