Dr.T.Chandra Sekarayya completou PG em Estudos de População da Universidade S.V.Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh e Mestrado em Trabalho Social (M.S.W) da Universidade Annamalai, Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. Desde 2017 que trabalha como professor assistente na Universidade de S.V. no Departamento de Estudos Populacionais. Publicou 60 artigos e é autor de um livro.
