Rui Min: Expertise on optical fiber sensors and optical devices for optical communications and sensing. He received the Ph.D. degree in Telecom from the UPV, Spain, in 2019. His main interests include optical fiber devices for sensing, integrated optics, low-cost interrogation systems, data acquisition, and optical transmission data.
