This book deals with the polymers, methods of synthesis, and synthesis of composites, and techniques used for polymer characterization. Readers will gain a thorough knowledge of polymer processing and composites made from them, as well as their various applications. This book addresses adhesion of amorphous polymers with vitrified bulk and surface glass transition, functionalized biopolymers and their applications, and a new synthesis of p-Cresol-Adipamide-Formaldehyde copolymer resin and its applications as an ion-changer. It also details correlating performance of commercial viscosity…mehr

It also details correlating performance of commercial viscosity modifiers as well as synthesis of phthalonitrile polymers in ionic liquid and microwave media.
