Collection of different samples from the water bodies of Vedant Gyan Valley and Jharna Village . Morphology and ultrastructure of identified cyanobacteria population has to be examined and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA of cyanobacteria will be conducted. Identified genera of cyanobacteria will be shown to be polyphyletic. Although morphologically similar strains might be found in different branches of the phylogenetic tree, considerable correlation between molecular, ultrastructural and some morphological and ecological traits is supposed to be detected in several lineages. Cyanobacteria are the dominant phototrophic bacteria in water environments. Here, the diversity of cyanobacteria in rajasthan reservoir waters where different levels of algal blooms were observed and examined by DNA isolation and RFLP analysis. Cyanobacteria are the dominant phototrophic bacteria in water environments. Here, the diversity of cyanobacteria in vedant gyan valley and jharna village reservoir waters where different levels of algal blooms will be observed during the feb to march of 2011, it will be examined by RFLP analysis.Cyanobacteria are recognized as the dominant phototrophs in fresh water
