The present monograph deals with the physichochemical investigation of polysaccharides of two green seaweeds of Indian waters.The studied seaweeds were Chaetomorpha antennina and Chamaedoris auriculata which are abundantly occurring to Indian Waters. Extraction and physichochemical Characterization of cold and Hot water soluble Polysaccahrides of the two seaweeds were done using various analytical techniques. The present work would be beneficial for the value addition of polysaccharides of Green Seaweeds species of Indian Waters.
