This text looks at the Congolese political reality. It addresses the essential organizational aspects of the Congolese political scene according to its geopolitical configuration. The people, who are the primary sovereigns in a democracy, seem more like beggars to the public manager. Unfortunately, they are passive, unaware of their role and the importance of their political rights, which they cede freely to the far-sighted members of the political parties who manipulate them. As a result, the young Congolese democracy has had a troubled history, with crises of all kinds based on its texts and the population's lack of democratic culture.
