Dr. Victor Emeka Okafor holds a Bachelor Degree in Social Studies, Masters and a Doctorate degree in Curriculum Studies. He is an adjunct lecturer in the faculty of education, Imo State University Owerri, Nigeria, and currently the head, department of Social Studies, Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nsugbe, Anambra State, Nigeria.
