Porcelain fracture in porcelain fused to metal restorations is a serious and costly problem for both the patient and the dentist. The problem is more critical if the fracture crown is part of a multi-unit restoration. This book try to find an ideal, effective, simple and economic technique or way for repairing porcelain fractures or porcelain fractures with metal exposures by repairing of many clinical and resembling the types of fractures and repair by laboratory samples. All data were analyzed with no significant differences between subgroups with different porcelain thickness and thermo-cycling was obvious in decreasing shear bond strength. Clinical follow up after period of time shows good clinical performance of these restorations after repair.
