This report describes the activities developed during the supervised internship in Portuguese Language, carried out in the second semester of 2023, at the Francisca Moura State School, with 9th grade classes. The main aim of the internship was to give trainees the opportunity to apply pedagogical theories in practice, develop teaching skills and understand the dynamics of a classroom. During the internship period, various activities were carried out, including observing classes, planning and carrying out lessons, preparing and correcting activities and assessments. The teaching methodologies employed focused on interactive and participatory approaches, using resources such as textbooks, educational videos and group activities. Among the main challenges faced were managing the subject in the classroom and adapting the content to meet the different needs of the students. To overcome these challenges, strategies such as the use of clear rules, diversified activities and continuous feedback were implemented.
