The book presents the findings reached on positive thinking as a potentializing element of work life management in Venezuelan organizations, based on the qualitative paradigm, where the ethnographic method was applied, with an introspective-experiential approach, in which participant observation, documentation and semi-structured interview were the techniques used, based on the computerized information register, the digital recorder, the field diary and the category analysis matrix, as applied research instruments. With a sample of sixty-three (63) subjects, intentionally reduced to a sampling of three (03) subjects, workers of the analysis units selected for this purpose. After the analysis and discussion of the findings, it was proposed the possibility of setting a different course in Venezuelan public organizations, under the aegis of flexibility, dynamism, entrepreneurship and innovation, forging organic transformations, adjusted to the current times. It was concluded that part of the staff surveyed, presents deficiencies in their sense of operational responsibility.
