This study refers to a documentary research about the Professional Technological Education (EFA) in Brazil, especially the insertion of psychology in this type of education. Thus, the curricula of the Technical Courses in Administration and Accounting of two educational institutions in the city of Santa Maria, RS, Brazil, were analyzed to understand how psychology (related disciplines) is inserted in these formations.
