Since the relationship has matured into strategic partnership. However, their bilateral relations are viewed as potent threat for global peace and particularly a special concern for Pakistan, another important state of South Asian region.

The author is a PhD Scholar and Research Associate in the Department of Politics & International Relations at International Islamic University, Islamabad, where she works on South Asian desk. She is also a visiting faculty member over there. She has keen insight into socio-political, economic and geo-strategic issues of South Asia and Middle East.
