I had encountered with this problem and decided to pass this obstacle by publishing my personal experiences through a pilot study. M.R.Farahnak, MD: studied medicine at Tehran University in 1989, USMLE certified, residency of orthopedic surgery, general surgeon with 3 years of experiences. My subspecialty is in thoracic surgery. From 2008 I have practiced as assistant prof. of thoracic surgery and pediatric thoracic surgery in Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences.
