Autorenporträt
Kanan Makiya was born and educated in Baghdad, Iraq. He studied visual design and architecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and planning at the London School of Economics. In 1975 he became managing director of the London branch of Makiya Associates, Consultant Architects and Planners.
