Dr. Mailane Mofana-Semoko, born in Lesotho. Obtained BA. Ed. at University of Lesotho (NUL); HDipEdAd. and MA degree in Adult Education at University of Witwatersrand.  PhD. at UFS. Appointed as Instructional Materials Editor at LDTC, promoted to Non-Formal Education (NFE) Inspector. Senior Lecturer and Head of Department of Adult Education.
