Autorenporträt
Richard A. Barton received his Batchelor of Arts in Government from Louisiana State Unversity in 1960, and his Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina in 1963. He received a PhD. in Public Policy from George Mason University in 2010, and is currently an Adjunct Faculty member at the university.
