The study discovered through findings that Postharvest Losses of tomato and other Agricultural produce are caused by different factors such as, lack investment in processing of Agricultural produce, absent of extension services, poor rural roads network system and lack of storage facilities. To arrest this problem that has been affecting farmers in Africa and Nigeria in particular, the researcher discovered through findings that investment in Agricultural processing, access to extension services by farmers, improvement in rural network system and the provision of storage facilities will go along in reducing farm produce after harvest.
