Autorenporträt
Victor Cabas was a musician and professor who taught in the Department of Rhetoric at Hampden-Sydney College. Prior to joining the faculty at Hampden-Sydney, he taught English and American Studies at the University of Virginia. He recorded several albums of blues music and was a frequent performer on Charlottesville's Downtown Mall during the 1990s. He lived in Nelson County, Virginia, where he raised cattle and repaired guitars. He died in 2018.
