When healing, I use this metaphor to showcase potentials that may have remained unearthed had no injury occurred, highlighting what can be learned as a result of undergoing rehabilitation. This book is not your average "health book" in that it is meant to inspire truly living and adventuring and being able to do so as your strongest "you!" My book will take you on a colorful adventure around the world as it depicts postural importance across many activities. I have included several colorful travel photos mixed into photos and descriptions highlighting better ways to perform activities and self-help strategies that can be effective and readily implemented into your day, wherever you are! The photos are meant to give inspiration to get out there and explore, and to do so with strong mechanics! This book is conversational as it showcases the differences between less than adequate postures and those that can help you reach potential to perform activities with more strength and less strain.
