The behavior of these compounds attributed to their stability and the good redox properties. This work devoted to spot some light to the importance of ferrocene derivatives compounds in the biological field and their bio-medicinal action in the treating of some diseases.

Prof. Mokhles Abd-Elzaher, promoveerde in 1993 in de H. Fischer groep in Konstanz, Duitsland en bloeide zijn werk tot 2007. Zijn werk werd in 2011 voortgezet op het gebied van de organometaalchemie met Prof. N. Burzlaff in Erlangen. Zijn werk gaf hem veel beurzen van DAAD en AvH, Duitsland.
