The following research questions are answered as part of this master's thesis:1. what expectations and needs do entrepreneurs and employees have for a center for digital transformation in East Frisia? What role can coworking spaces close to home play in this?2. what recommendations for action can be derived from this?

Even though I have been passionate about digitalization since 1998, it took a few years before I was able to apply and use my knowledge professionally. I have remained true to my affinity for tools, but have discovered my strengths in the area of digital transformation and new work.
