Therefore, the need of hour is to detect oral cancer at an early stage. To understand their etiology, pathophysiology and histopathology, we attempted to introduce and explain all the PMDs under one roof. This book provides a quick review about various aspects of PMDs. Clinical aspects and histopathology of major PMDs are explained with pictures. Most of the pictures are from patients coming to our department during my post graduation. It will greatly help to correlate all the aspects of individual PMD and will further help in timely identification as well as treatment interventions.
