The affluent states are bound by human rights responsibilities of international assistance and co-operation to give a hand to poor countries in overcome poverty. The first part intends to confirm that poverty constitutes denial of human rights.The second section aims to illustrate the explicit link between poverty and human development.Following part examines the Article 2 (1) the CESCR and the last section talks about the essential elements of International Assistance and Co-operation.
