Dr. Mutlu Koseli, worked for Turkish National Police Anti- Terrorism division. He completed a master degree in Criminal Justice in University of North Texas, and a doctoral degree in Public Policy and Administration in Virginia Commonwealth University. He has various publications on terrorism, security organisations, and policing.
