Saifullahi Umar was born December, 22nd 1983 in Basirka Town of Gwaram LGA, Nigeria. He holds Bachelor of Agric (Economics and Extension)and M.Sc. Agricultural Economics from prestigious Bayero University Kano . He is currently working as a Lecturer with Department of Agricultural Extension and Management, Binyaminu Usman Polytechnic, Hadejia.
