The purpose of this paper is to analyse the activities of the United Russia party. The text examines various aspects of this party's political activities, which together characterise it as an authoritarian organisation: coercion of the electorate, its conformisation, violation of constitutional rights, lies and mythologisation, election rigging, tight control of the media, intolerance of dissent and abolition of the opposition. Se ocupa de los problemas de la globalización, la cultura de masas y la sociedad de consumo. También se interesa por las particularidades de las relaciones de poder en la Rusia moderna.
