Samuel Kefale was born on 14 march 1987 in Ethiopia and got his BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Msc in Power System Engineering from Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. He is a lecturer in Arba Minch University, Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering since 2011.
