The book frames different methods for constructing the student s self-knowledge according to the constructivist theory. The main issue of the book is innovative teaching- learning tools for treating underachieving students through an interdisciplinary curriculum. Teaching-learning methods accompanied by a unique assessment method produce an innovative platform for promoting underachieving students. The book deals with different methods that construct student s self-knowledge by shifting the emphases from memorizing to meaningful learning, based on the constructivist theory. The emphasis in the learning process was based on implementing general skills of learning and thinking.
