Dr. Michael Green is senior vice president for Asia and Japan Chair at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and director of Asian Studies at the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Dr. Amy Searight is senior associate, Asia, Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She previously served as senior adviser and director of the Southeast Asia Program at CSIS in Washington, D.C. the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). She manages the Nuclear Scholars Initiative and served as the coordinating editor for this journal.
