Kyle Hanlan, Ph.D. (c), is the Vice President of LLMC Partners where he provides advisory services to companies and organizations to guide them in making decisions on leadership and organizational culture. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is a MBTI Master Practitioner. He is currently completing his PhD in Public Policy and Law. His research is centered on the civil-military relations and the best practices of cultural transitions. His professional experience ranges from management consulting for Fortune 500 companies to public service in local government. He has created and implemented strategies, policy, and procedures for multinational organizations. He has experience in negotiations between the United States and foreign governments. Kyle has taught at both graduate and undergraduate for The Pennsylvania State University. His courses include: Labor and Employment Relations, Leadership Development, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, and Organizational Change Management.
