"Practical handbook of endoscopic ultrasonography" is a handbook which describes the current techniques of performing endoscopic ultrasonography. The contents of the book are displayed in a simple concise manner which will enable a treating physician to refer to this book while performing endoscopic ultrasonography procedures. Relevant literature has also been reviewed; however the book does not aim to be a full treatise on current world literature in endoscopic ultrasonography. Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) has evolved from an obscure method of investigation in the 1980s to a distinct endoscopy subspecialty with interventional and therapeutic capabilities. The art of interpreting EUS images is a skill every endoscopist needs to master.
