Irfan Syamsuddin, PhD is the head of CAIR Center for Applied ICT at State Polytechnic of Ujung Pandang, Makassar, Indonesia. He holds a PhD degree from Seoul National University Korea, a Master degree in Internet Security Management from Curtin University Australia.
